• Foundation, balance and swing plane
• Mental preparation and hitting philosophy
• Proper weight transfer
• Outfield play
• Infield play-corner and middle infield play
• Base running
• Daily games!

Football

Our coaches will be teaching various skills for quarterbacks, wide receivers, defensive backs and linebackers which include:

• Proper warm-up, cool down and stretching techniques
• QB/center exchange, shotgun and 3-step/5-drop
• Basic route running and scramble drill
• Coverage concepts
• Man-to-man and zone drops
• Tackling basics
• Block protection
