BASEBALL CLINIC
UPDATE: Philadelphia Phillies standout Shane Victorino will not be participating in the 3rd Annual West Oahu Baseball Clinic on December 10 (Oahu) and December 13 & 14 (Kauai) due to personal reasons.
San Francisco Giants’ 2007 Organizational Player of the Year and the Giants’ 4th best prospect Nate Schierholtz, along with Cleveland Indians’ farmhand and 2008 Hawaii Winter Baseball all-star Kaimi Mead, and Chicago White Sox farmhand Matt Inouye have been added to the clinic staff.
West Oahu Baseball and Elite Sports Academy is proud to present the 3rd Annual Players Clinic.
Wade Yamasaki, Athletic Trainer for the San Diego Padres will coordinate the clinic. The professional staff will be teaching various fundamental and advanced baseball skills such as:
Proper mechanics on throwing
Catching and fielding
Progressive warm-up drills for throwing
Breaking down the art of hitting
Breaking down the science of pitching
Infield/outfield play
Age appropriate athletic training regimens
Footwork and hand-eye coordination drills

West Oahu Baseball and Elite Sports Academy are dedicated to helping create complete, well-rounded and team-oriented baseball players.
Cost: $55 per participant (Oahu), $70 (Kauai)
Participants will receive a T-shirt, snack and a chance to receive baseball memorabilia.
